  • Free entry to the conference for 4 delegates/guests.
  • 9 square meters exhibit space.
  • Banner on conference website.
  • Company logo on the printed materials: banners, badges (for speakers, participants, exhibitors).
  • The conference web page will include the sponsors’ logos.
  • Marketing materials insert in the conference folder (to be supplied prior to event).
  • Project presentation/Speaker (30 minutes) within the conference sessions, on a specific topic which relates to the event’s context and to the speaker’s experience.
  • As the conference sponsor your company is entitled a 20 minutes company presentation during the conference.
  • Brand Name insert in the post event press release
