Sponsorship Package

  • Free entry to the conference for 10 delegates/guests
  • 12 square meters exhibit space
  • Banner on conference website
  • The conference web page will include the sponsors’ logos
  • Inclusion of distribution material in conference folder (to be supplied prior to event)
  • Project presentation/Speaker (30 minutes) within conference sessions, on a topic specific to the event’s and related to the experience of the Sponsor
  • As the conference sponsor your company is entitled a 20 minutes company presentation during the conference
  • Company mention in the post event press release
