Registration and evaluation process

The registration for the Contact Center Awards can be made quick and easy, following a few simple steps.

All candidates who will participate on this event will have to send us a presentation that will reveal to us, just how much they have fulfilled the evaluation criteria. For this, they will have to respond to the questions included in the registration form.

This presentation will also have to be backed up by as many documents as possible, there where it is being applied. (e.g.: colleagues or clients recommendations as well as any other information that you consider to be relevant)

The evaluation will be made based on how well all presentation’s included ideas will be proven and sustained.

The competition is open to any contact center from Romania, in-house or outsourced, and for each section can register more representatives of the same organization.

The evaluation will be performed in two phases:

  • In the first phase the presentations sent by the participants will be examined by the Judging Committee. In order for the evaluation to be objective, the name of the participants, company name and other details who may reveal a participant identity will be ruled out before presenting the documents to the jury. Than the jury will go through the given answers, and will grade them accordingly. The top three participants who will obtain the highest scores will be finalists.
  • The finalists will participate to the second phase of the evaluation which will consist in a face to face interview with the jury members (this phase will not be applied to the Best Call Center and Best Use of Technology categories). The participants may be asked to present or analyze certain real situations, which the jury members may find them necessary.
Following these stages, the jury will make its final decision and will appoint the winner for each category.
