The first Romanian Contact Center Awards, organized by Contact Center Magazine, puts in the spot light the best of the best in the field, from contact center managers to contact center representatives.

General info

Taking back a decade of training and experience, the Romanian contact center industry serves a large number of customers from different fields, both from Romania and around the world.

In the last years, Romania has become a place to take into account both in the statistics where is mentioned as a suitable location for outsourcing, but also in terms of the quality of the services provided.

Often held in the shadow of the other departments, the agents from the front line are the main actors in the first Romanian Contact Center Awards!

The event will take place during the 2nd day of Call Center and Customer Care Conference and Expo, on 16th of May, at Hotel Novotel Bucharest City Center.
